Broccoli, Lemon and Gouda Flatbreads

This recipe makes two, eight to nine inch pizzas or flatbreads
Course Appetizer, Main Course
- 16 ounces Pizza dough, homemade or prepared
- 2 cups Fresh broccoli florets from 1 small head
- 2 whole Lemons, sliced paper thin into 12 individual slices
- 4 tsp Olive oil, for marinating and brushing
- 1/2 cup Gouda cheese, grated
- 1/4 cup Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese, grated
- 2 tsp Rosemary leaves, whole
- Kosher salt and freshly cracked black pepper To taste
- 1 tsp Crushed red pepper optional
